Implants
An implant is one of the more permanent forms of restorative dentistry. During this procedure a titanium post is inserted into the jawbone. This forms a secure platform for the attachment of a custom-created dental prosthetic, denture, or crown. Implants are sometimes used instead of bridges to preserve the integrity of the teeth on either side of the gap.
